Just wondering if any of you out there are doing a pre-preg health kick. When I got pregnant with DD (now 2YO) I didn't avoid anything, drank my morning latte (soya milk) and had the odd glass of red wine.
Now am 40 - should I be more careful this time.
Am not overweight, run 3/4 times a week but should I avoid caffeine/alcohol now am older.
My depo jab 'wears out' in three days time.
