Does anyone know if it makes a difference what time of day you do a pg test? HAd embryo transfer 12 days ago and today is OTD. HAve had all my usual pg symptoms and was totally sure I was pg. Couldn't test til this eve and it's a BFN. USed boots early ones too. It's not looking good is it?

The modern tests tend to say on the packaging "test at any time" but testing early morning pee is best because it's concentrated so you're less likely to get a false BFN from lack of HCG in the urine.
I'm not sure about the embryo transfer side of things but if I were you I'd retest first thing. Hope you do get your BFP [hugs]

try not to give up hope, definitely retest in the morning when your urine is more concentrated
