I have had a copper IUD fitted for the last 7 months. My last period came 3 days ealier, 1 Feb, had it for 8 days!!! and since then I have been spotting continuously during the day, there is nothing "coming out" at night or morning it starts around 10am. I have been having a very bad pain in my lower abdomen and back, I'm constantly nouseous, vomited few times, headaches are unbearable some days, and I'm going to the toilet every 5 mins. I have 3 year old twins and I had spotting for 7 weeks when got pregnant with them but didn't have any symptoms of being pregnant. They were planned, otherwise I wouldn't even know I was preg. I'm wondering is it some side effect of the IUD or pregnancy. Anyone experienced anything similar? thnx
