had coil removed 6 days ago, was ok for 2 days, then had some heavy bleeding and the most gloomy mood i can remember for along time.
is this natures way of telling me to hold off number two, am i depressed or is this a normal reaction?
Oh and very tearful, don't even enjoy looking after ds1 - at all.
:-(

Was it a Mirena or a copper coil?

How about some evening primrose oil to regulate your hormones/moods?

eleanorgrace · 23/02/2011 19:46

it was a mirena, might try the evening primrose - might lighten the mood
