Conceiving after the pill

Ok DH and i have decided to try for DC3 Grin

Been on the combined pill for well over a year and took day 4 of a new packet yesterday. We have decided to stop the pill as from today and just carry on our sexlife as normal without it.

With DC 1+2 i wasn't taking the pill prior the conceiving (first attempts)so not sure how long it may take.

How long did it take others in the same situation?

i know it may be harder to gather dates with such method but tbh don't want to use condoms etc for a month.

Three months with DD1, with DD2 I had a bleed after stopping the pack and then was pregnant straight away.

With DD1 I'd been on the pill for 10 years and with DD2 about 4 years.

I was on the pill for 11 yrs pre DD1. Finished pack and waited for one 'true' period before trying. Got pg straight away. Think it depends on person really. Got pg right away second time too and had not been on pill between.

Thanks, good to know that neither of you had to wait long.

Just going to try to forget about it now and see what happens :)
