so i feel slightly - well, bats, to be asking this...

...but has anybody else noticed a sort of sporadic warmth in their lower abdomen running up to the end of their cycle? i have all of the signs of brutal pms (identical to pregnancy signs, without exception) except for this, which i am finding - well, weird, and not usual.

(am 10dpo, btw, and also feeling sporadically sick)

On the day of my AF I get a hot feeling in my lower abdomen. It's not period pain but is a sign for me that my AF will rain on my parade (again!) in a few hours.

Never had it as early as 10dpo so hope that it is a good sign for you!

thanks for answering Smile. have a short luteal phase, so it's probably just connected to all the other particularly bad pms symptoms i'm having this month.
