Had an ectopic pregnancy 3.5 weeks ago and it ruptured and I lost a tube. I have one awesome DD and this latest pregnancy was slight shocker as was first month trying for #2, and wasnt sure I was ready. Cept of course now I lost that bean (and now have reduced fertility) then I am desperate to start trying for #2 cept have to wait 3months (or 2 menstrual periods) until I can. Cept I know I am ovulating and it seems such a waste but not going to risk it (I did when TTC DD as concieved her immediately after an MMC at 10 weeks with no period- but given risk of subsequent ectopic/miscarriage is much higher if you concieve in first 3 months after an ectopic then probably wise not too.
Sigh.

Anyone else in similar boat?

am weirdly okay. (had horrific birth with DD I mean SERIOUSLY Horrific- so there was this element of oh crap I cant be pregnant again- so when I lost it there was relief- which yes I know is very fucked up so am off to counselling but in terms of sadness etc am doing okay at min (I think it may hit me when it takes a while to concieve #2 if we can at all)

defo going to wait- just hate the waste of all that lovely EWCM ;)
