Despairing with a luteal phase of 7 days

Hi, I've just been looking at my averages and my luteal phase is about 7. I'm really despairing, as blood tests and scans are normal, and I just want to know if anything can be done to increase it. My bleeds are about 2 weeks in a 31 day cycle, and i think this is messing up when I ovulate.

I had a short phase when trying for dc4. It was more like 10 days though. I took agnus castus and a B vit (B6?) for a month and the next month I was pregnant
A friend of mine had the similar problem, took agnus castus for a month (she didn't do vit B) and again was pregnant the month after.

Worth a try surely? But 7 days is very short...

Otherwise I think you need to see a gynae

How much Agnus Castus did you take?
