out of date First Response - neg result, but was it accurate..?

Obviously I WILL go out and buy a new pack in the morning... but just POAS using a pack of First Response left over from when I tested for DS. in 2008. BBE date on the pack was July 2010. Test was negative. Would that have been accurate or has it "gone off" ? Confused

For all those who have been on the edge of their seal since 21:42 last night Wink this morning's fresh pack was also neg.

I just got a smiley face (following a non-smiley face yesterday) on a pack which was best before November 2010 if that's any help...
