advice please cd 18 and pain!!!!

ok so i am cd 18/19 i ov'd on cd 14 as i had my surge as normal on cd 12/13 and had ov pain at cd 14ish..... i say ish cos im not totally sure when i had my last period as i had a withdraw from pill and i came on in the night!!?????? sorry tmi.
the last two days i have had a constant aching in my belly like af is going to come?? any ideas what this could be , implantation maybe???
i dont have a clue and im hoping that i have used all the right abbreviations, we bd'd on tues night and weds mornig and i am certai that i ov'd on the thursday mornig asi had sevear ov pain ( its totally normal for me to have this) any advice or insight greatly recieved

Severe pain may not be related to ovulation at all, are your periods very painful as well?. If that is cyclical in nature it ought to be investigated further by a gynaecologist.

Most likely an ovarian cyst, this can happen occasionally and be completely normal. Also since you have just come off the pill, you also should remember that the pill masks normal aches pains and twinges so it could also just be that you are feeling normal changes as the progesterone increases during the 2ww.
