I have just met lbm and the adorable babybelle! I had no idea they were still in the sandpit and had arranged to go and collect the teething powders at her friends house. It was lovely to see her in 'real life' and let the girls meet each other too...She is flying home about now so no doubt will be back soon...

Oh and all 3 of her children were brilliantly behaved, and lbm is so relaxed having had 3 of them , i just about hold it together with one! [bugrin]

barbie how fab you managed to meet up with LBM after all. Thank you for being so kind about my bump, I feel like I've suddenly had a spurt this weekend. Bloody nightmare trying to get hold of summer maternity clothes - I seem to have gone through every season this time.

LBM can't believe its been 3 weeks already. Hope you all had a good time, can't wait to hear all about it.

mermaid I am trying to put my feet up but it doesn't always work out the way you planned...hope you had some good weather down South? We're (hopefully) going down to Cornwall on Thurs to stay with the ILs for a few days.

vjayjay did ajay like the hot cross buns? I managed to watch an episode of the only way is essex on Friday night (channel hopping). Vajazzling was mentioned and I immediately thought of you [bugrin]

So, its been an interesting couple of days....

Yesterday we went to a wildlife park with my step-sister, her DH and my nephew and niece. It was my DN's 1st birthday on Friday. We had a fab time but god we were all knackered by the end of it and my feet ballooned. It was very hot. While we were there I got a very exciting call from my sister who had unexpectedly had a scan and they found 1 baby and saw the HB . She is a very happy bunny. I was literally hopping up and down when she called [busmile].

Unfortunately, the weekend then took a turn downhill as poor Isaac has been really unwell. Vomiting on and off for a large part of last night, so we have not had a lot of sleep. He has then spent most of today on the loo with diarrhoea and his bottom is red raw. He was screaming in agony when i was trying to wipe him and it was just awful. He has eaten tonight and I've smothered his bum in cream so hopefully he will be a bit better tomorrow. He's also got a cold as well, as does DH who of course thinks he is dying [buhmm]. Not a lot of chocolate consumed here. I'm just hoping no-one else gets it, including me cos it really isn't pleasant and its my birthday on Wednesday and I have big plans for the day which involve shopping, lunch with DH and dinner.

hello barbiewhoImet in reallife We're home - last flight was the the best. BB slept for loads of it and then woke at 3am... lovely to meet barbie and the adorable dolly who is just as pretty as her pictures and so good! She gave babybelle a kiss and babybelle nicked all her snacks. When we got home, the first thing \i found for her break fast was some cereal like from dollys snack box, which she loved and the first thing I'm getting from tescos is one of those snack cups!

Holiday was great - will post more later - just trying to unpack as we got back at 9 last night, doing washng, dh is sleeping and we need to do an easter egg hunt later. BB is on my knee, eating a memory stick, which probaly isn't good and trying to grab the keyboard. She sprouted her first two teeth on holiday - the first we found on our way our in dubai and also started crawling on the second flight, so we now need to try and babyproof the house. The cot was lowered as soon as she was up this morning and the older two are learning to keep their doors shut!

mls I hope dd1 is fully recovered, especially for tomorrow and your meet up with the lovely neeko . Re your palmist, you reminded me that when I was 19 a palmist read my palm and said I would have 3 children, 2 boys and a girl . I can't believe I forgot that!

Vjay I am ridiculously excited about the Royal Wedding!! I'm definitely going to be sobbing through it. They were showing Princess Diaries 2 on tv the other day and there's a wedding at the end I cried during so it doesn't bode well! I really want to buy this but dh hasn't let me..yet!!

We have officially stopped breastfeeding now for nearly a week and I've been feeling way more broody since must be something weird in the hormones!!

louey poor Isaac :( Jude has been unwell the last couple of days, think it was a bit of a fever from teething but it really is just horrible when they're ill isn't it :( hope he's improved today. SOOOOO exciting about your sis :) another friend of ours who's had 2 mc is now 7 weeks pg and they saw a hb last week, just so happy for them.
I feel for you pregnant in this heat!! It was horrible in the May heatwave last year when I was pregnant (and then overdue!!) Get yourself to Primark and buy lots of long floaty tops, I lived in them :) How are you doing on names??

Evening! Things have improved (hurrah). Isaac has (TMI) returned to normal bowel movements thank god and is much better. I was still up at 12, 4 and 6 though so knackered. He's not asleep still though and so is going to be very tired tomorrow. I now have a lovely sore throat which hopefully won't turn into something worse.

LBM so glad you had a nice time and that BB has been a good girl on the flights. Can't believe she is crawling already, doesn't seem that long since she was born (although I know she's nearly one!)

cupcake hope Jude gets better soon - we always had little bugs when they were teething, its really common. Doesn't make it any easier to deal with though. We are getting nowhere on names. It is starting to drive me mad (as it did last time). I have favourites but DH is claiming he hates them. Bleurgh. I know it will be ok in the end but I would really like to just have a sensible discussion about names and its not happening!

vjay I'm excited too! We are going to ILs on Thursday - DH has suggested a few times going down during the Royal Wedding as the roads will be dead. Apparently, I could listen to it on the radio cos that's the same as watching it clearly . I knocked that one on the head. I mean, how can I see the dress on the radio....

Right, dinner is nearly ready. Hopefully will be back tomorrow.

GAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!

Isaac up from 2-5am with more vomiting and the diarrhoea has started again. I have no idea what set it off as he was ok yesterday. I have managed to escape to work leaving a very grumpy DH to look after him. Have a horrible feeling my birthday plans are going down the drain....

cupcake please post some good book suggestions - I've just finished the millennium trilogy and I'm about to get a kindle as result of vjay "persuading me" so I will need some new books to buy very soon.

I'm just popping in to wonder out loud whatever happened to jools does anyone hear from her, I hope she's ok? I was looking at the list vjay put up and I think there aren't many small panters left now.

I need to share something that broke my heart on the weekend, its a bit distressing so please dont read anymore if you dont want to know...... We were visiting dfs family and a friend of theirs came round while we were there, and they brought this little 14 month old boy with them. He belonged to the lady's sister's friend (or something like that) and they'd just taken him away from her through the courts because the step dad had been abusing him - what is wrong with people? This poor little boy was so withdrawn, barely interacted with anyone, and all he did was nod his head to anything you said, like he didnt dare say anything else. I nearly cried just looking at him and I wanted to take him home. Worst thing about it is the mum has another baby due any minute - life is so unfair :( Sorry I had to get that out.

moon how very tragic and awful for that poor boy bet you wanted to just scoop him up, id of been the same, its a sick world when that can happen.. Do hope your hanging in there til DF results are back, dont you worry, im picturing you and monkey sharing the medium pants bench in the very soon foreseeable

Cupcake you stopped Bf well done to you! How do you feel? Are you sad? Do you miss it? Iv bottled it have postponed my plan to stop til DH has his next week off, after Summers birthday! We are off to a wedding on thurs and staying in a hotel so my excuse was i didnt want sore boobys! Also its such an instant comforter. I will stop at her birthday though! Another one looking forward to the royal wedding here, will be doing a late check out so we can watch it in the hotel!

Sorry for lack of personals, thought id better check in, had my head down after my deranged moment of posting on AIBU, never have before, never will again, god knows what possessed me, had a neurotic pmt motivated moment. Got ripped right into, perhaps i was being pfb but is it that wrong to want Summer to stay happy when being babysat? Anyway ILs did all turn up before i was home and Summer didnt freak like she previously did on Sil so my worries were unjustified afterall, like all the hardfaced Mn harpies had said! Was my point was somewhat missed though and made out to be a loon, specially as i love my nieces and nephew dearly and knew Summer would have a fab time playing with them, which she did! They all loved it and are back round tomorrow in fact!

Apart from all that have been loving DH 11 day hol, loads on, today we got Summers birth

...was saying, we got most of Summers birthday pressies today (mammoth shopathon!) and we also went to Clarks for her first shoes! So sweet, she is so close to walking, she walks while i hold her hand, and DH and i walked with her in the middle of us at church on sunday to many an ooh and ahh, a definate proud parent moment to be filed away!

So, as said, sorry to be a stranger, and big hello and much love to everyone, but will be back to posting best when DH goes back to work next tues! Been so great to have lots of quality time the 3 of us, so not even been lurking, but cant sleep so had to have a little catch up on my phone! 4ever I actually don't feel sad at all about the bf. We were only doing first thing in the morning feed for ages, Jude wasn't that interested, I wasn't enjoying it much as I think there wasn't actually much milk left there for him so he was tugging etc a lot. I didn't feed him the day I was vomiting cos I couldn't and then just did it every other day for a few days then stopped. No pain at all. Though last night I squeezed my boob to check and drops still came out so dunno when it will dry up If Summer (and you!) still gets comfort from it then there is no reason to stop yet :)

20 mins sleep last night sky high temp so yet another trip back to the doc's. High grade fever and another ear infection, which is in the same ear as the previous 4 (yes i said 4!) infections so they are a little concerned buddha please can you come and tell me about e and his ear problems to stop me stressing . We have to go back in ten days when he should be able to determine if its fluid behind the ear or an allergy causing it. Might have to have an op

It didn't quite go as planned....Isaac still not 100% so I had him with me at home all morning. I then gambled and dropped him off at the childminders (hoping he wouldn't have more diarrhoea) as I had a midwife appointment. My plan was to go and see the midwife and then come home for a rest and to (finally) open my iPad2. Unfortunately my bp had shot right up and she sent me straight to hospital. Do not pass go, do not collect £200 (or my ipad sob). To cut a long story short, they did bloods which are fine and monitored me and the baby is fine. Bp came down and they let me out just in time to get home and go out for dinner. Phew! I am under strict instructions to get myself to a hospital asap if I have any symptoms and the midwife was not optimistic about me seeing her again at 34 wks. We are supposed to be going to Cornwall to stay with the ILs later on today and we will be away the whole of next week. Just hope that nothing happens while we are away. I've taken today off sick as I am feeling a bit bleurgh and not had a lot of sleep as Isaac has "learnt" how to climb over the stair gate (spectacular timing) and kept coming into our room. I gave up putting him back at 4am and left him and DH to sleep snore and came downstairs and did some ironing.

cupcake thanks for those book recommendations - some I've read but there are quite a few I haven't. I think I can use my ipad as a reader too but I want to take the kindle on the tube and on holiday and its much smaller than the ipad (and less expensive to replace). Hope you have a good weekend with the ILs.

blue I packed off two little kings to nursery this morning, although they weren't too keen on wearing their capes...I'm thinking vintage dress too.

At cjays school tomorrow (yes they are open!!!!), they are to dress up as a wedding guest, and cjay will only do it if he can go as Darth Vader [chmm], so looks like school uniform for him, I can't persuade him in any way! If any of you have any ideas, I will be so grateful.
