Offers a good luck hug to all TTC

I had joined you guys originally back Feb to July last year. TTC #1. Unfortunately OH then got the news that he was going to be made redundant and felt too stressed to continue. Had to laugh - more than a little stressful for me to give up by then. Aw well.
Anywhose since then I had an attack of CIS back in November and was advised by my Neurologist that due to the presentation of symptoms it's more than likely to come back at which point it becomes MS. Now to help stave off a relapse I've been taking several pills of B12 and D3 a day along alongside a general multivitamin. (About 1000mug B12, 50mug D3)
My GP... Ha I say my GP what I mean is at least 3 of the 5 locums I've seen recently, know that I want to start TTC again, they are also aware that I'm taking these suppliments. None of them have expressed any sort of concern.
Not wanting to cause difficulties to my efforts I've been trying to google the upper limit of how much of a dose of these vitamins is safe whilst pregnant/ttc. But all I can find is information recommending taking them and general side effects.
So after an immense waffle, does anyone know where to point me for where I could find details on whether excessive doses of B12 D3 could affect the bump/baby/conception?

Thanks to anyone who wades through the waffle!
