Pregnant on the pill?

I am on the pill and have a weeks worth left to take. I am always careful taking them so can believe i could be pregnant. The thing is for the last few days i have been having stomach cramps a bit like period pains. I have never experienced this whilst on the pill. Spoke to a friend about it and she suggested it could be implantation pain.

Any thoughts or experiences.

Lots of other reasons for stomach pains!
The pill is really reliable if taken properly!
Any recent tummy upsets or other medication during this packet, esp antibiotics can decrease the effectiveness of the pill.
If you have been well, on no other meds, and taking your pill reliably, then the chance of you being pregnant is tiny.
Guess the only way to find out is of you have a bleed at the end of the packet like usual....

Even a bleed isn't 100% foolproof - if you are concerned take a test at the end of your pack. It's unlikely if you've not missed one/been ill/taken other mess but it is possible.
