Can I second the request for Jeffrey sayings! I'm sure mini muffin was very impressed! If Jeffrey calls herself Jeffrey, what does she call mini muffin?

Icedlemonmuffin · 29/03/2011 17:40

Mini muffin hasn't had a name change yet, but dd1 did like the second choice name for mini muffin more and sometimes calls her that when she thinks I can't hear her!

Last week we were talking about different religions and she thought 'scottish' was a religion and she wanted to know when you have twins do you push both their heads out at the same time, ouch!!!!

HalleLouja · 30/03/2011 19:12

[Passes round remainder of DSs birthday cake]. 3rd birthday party done. Now I need to relax for the next 12 weeks. Oh no I have a NCT fundraiser to organise! Fun fun fun!!

permatannedpumpkin · 30/03/2011 22:16

Pants so sorry to hear about your mc :( Hugs and a giant glass of vino.

SW13! Wow FG that is impressive, only managed a mere 5 last month which unsurprisingly unsuccessful, had mini ttc breakdown and now back on track. Worried. Think it's just stress left over from sleepless nights and work worry tbh. I'll get over it!

Muffin - the Jeffisms have made me chuckle :) Particularly the idea of Scottish being a religion, mmm am now considering the church if that is the case!

Hope you're all doing well, am gutted I missed the tractor cake Um, sounded delish! Right now though the swings have my name on em, off down the park for a bit!

UmBongo · 31/03/2011 16:51

Wotcha Pumpkin, thought I would come down the park with you for a while, budge up - want to share some white lightning?

Been back to start seeing the fert. cons. today, although have just been to see the nurse today as she is the one who asks all the how much do you drink/smoke/shag questions! Will be back to see actual fc in JUNE ffs. Although i may be able to produce a dh for that appt unlike this morning! Ds was going to go to friends this morning but he puked at 1am so thought that dh better keep him! He has been fine since - although he is still sitting in the hall sucking his thumb, still with his coat on since we came in! Fiddling with a tool box intermittently! I think he may be a bit tired! (Ds not dh!)

Was a bit tough this morning - brought back memories of last years visit to the fc, when I thought I was ever so slightly preg.

Cheers all Wine

My cousin who is 30 but seems younger did an April Fools on FB saying she was pregnant. AIBU to want to hit her very hard as its slightly insensitive to anyone who has been trying for a long time??? Or is it just my hormones??????

harassedinherpants · 01/04/2011 09:52

YANBU!!! That is not funny in any way, shape or form. But my be my shot hormones too Hmm.

Um how're you feeling today? Must be very hard.

Save me a space on the bench......will be there soooon!

HalleLouja · 01/04/2011 11:39

I didn't think it was just me with no sense of humour sensitive about these things!!

harassedinherpants · 01/04/2011 12:17

That'll teach me to check my facebook......two preg announcements, both after 12. What do you reckon?

One is sil, who no longer lives with bil because they "can't live together" - more like they get more benefits this way.

One is friend who has 4 kids, unemployed dh and he's had snip.......

UmBongo · 01/04/2011 13:09

Not too bad today thanks Pants, how are you doing? I think both your fb announcements could be April fools - or someone somewhere is being a fool!

permatannedpumpkin · 03/04/2011 21:07

Everyone seems to be pregnant - argggh to facebook announcements, one girl I know announced to the world (ie Fb) at 9 weeks! And keeps using an app everyweek to update us as to baby's development progress, ick - maybe it's just envy speaking but errrr. Now dh's cousin is pregnant again, more announcements today as well, it sucks. Rant over. Um and Pants see ya for some cider, there's plenty of room on the bench! :)

UmBongo · 03/04/2011 21:26

Cheers PTP I've brought some more supplies! and Good Luck said through gritted teeth to all newly preg ones. Although I think the one with the weekly updates needs to be hidden!

permatannedpumpkin · 04/04/2011 22:28

Yep been thinking that way myself, I am happy for people but it is hard also. Especially when you're tired - so I'll turn down the moaning dial a little. We're all quiet, how are things people? xx

HalleLouja · 06/04/2011 18:09

You lot are slack and have lives or something strange like that.....

Fairygodmother1 · 06/04/2011 20:52

Guys it was SWI 3!!!!! pmpl!!!! I wish we were that good!!!!

Big hugs for harassed xxxxxxx

Lemony I used to sing to my niece classic Madionna while trying to get her asleep. She now loves to sing & perform!!!

Lou hoiw bloody insensitive was that April Fools??? Can I slap her with a wet fish????

Sorry I've been so bad! Crap few weeks. Work is causing me much uipset & stress. Plus RTD hit last week, as did flu & larygitis!!!! Still coughing up a lung!!!!

Sorry you have been feeling crap FG I am, if being honest, relieved that it was swi 3 not 13! I did think that 13 was a touch too keen for the long term ttcer!

We have managed the huge total of sw 2, neither of which were at a particularly relevant time! So obviously not pg this month although another of my mum mates announced today that she is pg with no3 so obviously not jealous or anything! She did send out a text though so I had a chance to organise my face into a congratulation shape by the time I saw her! (rather than the SadEnvy face that was there when I read her text)( oh, and [blubbing])

HalleLouja · 08/04/2011 09:29

[Passes round the Pimms] We might be chavs but its only 9.30am so need something a bit like a fizzy drink to get us going.

I hope you are all ok and cheered by the sunny weather.

My granddad aged 92 broke his shoulder as basically he forgot he was no longer 21. Bless him he is in hospital now. Might go and see him later for a little while.

Fairygodmother1 · 08/04/2011 19:27

Umb notched 1 on the bedpost last night lol! CD10. DH is on a boys night out...
Yeah an old friend has announced that his girlf is pg...not jealous either...Sad. Big hugs - the blubbing, oh the blubbing - we can all understand that.

Ooh Pimms, thanks Lou. Loving the Summer Today term ended so YAY!!!!! 2 weeks off!

Also big hugs for Granddad Lou - oh to be 21 again!!!!!!!!!!!

OP posts:
permatannedpumpkin · 10/04/2011 15:12

Gutted that I missed the pimms! Summer in a glass :) Also loving the weather FG and the fact it is half term, oh yeah! Only managed SW4 - at the very beginning of fertile period and end of it - not in the middle important bit! So think the possibility of NYE baby is outta the question - onward and upward then - early 2012 here we come!

I think I am permanently envious of pregnant acquaintances and mates atm. But hoping some time away with the DH will soothe the greenness. Off to the Canaries on the morrow for some fun :) xxx

Fairygodmother1 · 10/04/2011 17:57

You lucky moo PTP!!! We were hoping for a hol abroad this hols but still waiting on DH's passport!

Lovely day beside the sea today! Lots of plans for the next week to. Anyone else doing anything exciting. Rediscovered Raspberry Vodka...thats also Summer in a glass....

UmBongo · 13/04/2011 19:46

I'm here FairyG, sorry it took so long, queue was orrid! Got usual white lightening and lambrini was on special, as was lager, take your pick!

Chilly today tho, might have to put a short skirt on to keep warm over your bikini!

Well I am on day 35 here, no symptoms at all, of anything, rtd or anything else, so I guess I am just on a long cycle this month after the last few 31 dayers. I'm sure rtd will be along soon (ie tomorrow!) so Cheersh!

UmBongo · 14/04/2011 22:35

Day 1. Here we go again.

HalleLouja · 15/04/2011 08:57

Passes the thermal undies for the park and some baileys to keep us warm.

Wonder how Biccie, Lia et al are getting on. I believe Lia has laid a new baby but not heard any details.

Icedlemonmuffin · 16/04/2011 04:59

Umbongo sorry about RTD, think you need some more alcohol so I've got some 20/20 and some blue wkd. Also got you a slanket as it's gone a bit chillyGrin

Dh reminded me that this time last year we were making mini muffin!!! All I remember is being totally peeed off with swi and ready to get the turkey baster out.

I'm so glad I had all you lovely ladies to chat to, people in rl didn't understand how hard it was. Mini muffin wouldn't be here without you thong and fugg boot chavs (wish I could give you all a big squeeze for getting me through 14 months of ttfc).

Lou not long now! Did you find out what your having?

Well going to try and get a couple more hours sleep before dd1 gets up.
