Posted too soon.. Lou I would break down if I was ever told i was having quads, that lady is amazingly calm about.

My sister was really calm when they said it was twins and was hoping for a natural birth ( glad it was her and not me) though it does scare me that if I ever got pregnant again it could be more than one.

Just don't get pregnant. Job done.

We missed you!! gad mini muffin is well & Jeffry is on top form as usual. My nephew told me yesterday that he wanted a cat to call him Peter rabbit! He also asked me if he'd see me having my baby today - I said not yet but you wouldn't want to see that anyway! lol

Spoke to Highheels & her little girl is 6 months old!!!!!

Although I really want a baby, I think 4 in one go would be too many!!!!! I'd be freaking out! lol

Well today was lovely,well for us, my sister was in labour all day and then had to have a crash c-section. Baby is fine, but my poor mom (sisters birth partner) was in bits trying to keep it together for my sister. I just felt useless at the end of the phone listening to my mom crying. But all that matters is he is here and I can't wait to give him a big cuddle.

Well going to try and get some sleep now, having a baby is like being on a terrifying roller coaster ride, but with a wonderful prize at the end of it.

Congrats Auntie Muffin Does he have a christmassy name? Thank god it was a happy ending & hope your sister is doing well!

We had a lovely day too but it did get a bit over crowded - I left early because I needed a comfy place to sit & chill out!
Once at home I vegged out on the sofa all evening! That is also the plan for today!!

check up this morning with midwife - everything fine, blood pressure the usual 100/60 - no wonder I keel over sometimes! Heartbeat strong and regular, very nice to here it.

Back in R/L - was asleep by half 12. Just me & DH - stayed awake as long as we could but DH is working today! Gonna cook a lovely roast, take down the decs & totally chill out!

I didn't get to sleep to 3am. Nope wasn't partying just comforting an unsettled baby. Poor monkey.

I was up until two with a teething baby and the people across the road having a really noisy party, lots of fireworks, taxis and motorbikes!

Really, really tired but mini muffin doesn't want to sleep.

She took her first step on her own the other day and keeps letting go of the furniture and just going for it, which has resulted in a couple of new bruises.

Dd1 is really excited about mini muffins birthday at the end of the month and is really looking forward to making cupcakes, spent a fortune on decorations for them.

Mini nephew is a week old and so gorgeous. Mini muffin not at all keen but dd1 thinks he's amazing.

Happy New Year everyone! I did manage to stay conscious til about 1am, but I was very lucky cos the friends we had staying over helped with the cooking and tidying the kitchen! Very good friends!
