I think you should take inspiration from the koi birthing blog and have an animal assisted birth, maybe have a hamster or two by your side as they are really good at this reproducing lark.

News from here, no swi yet, not time yet! But I have just done my first couch to 5k session! Yes, me, running! Don't tell my old PE teacher though will you! In fact you lot are the very first to know about it as dh has gone to bed to watch telly fall asleep so I went out!

Out on bike last night and running tonight. My baby starts school in september so there is really NO excuse for still carrying an extra 2st of baby weight. And I'm sure my knees would appreciate it if I was thinner. And dh won't get so squashed! And it will give me something else to obsess about rather than being Not Pregnant. And I am not going to apologise to all you teachers for starting sentences with And. So there

Um I started the couch to 5k and then got a bfp. Wouldn't move off the sofa for fear of dislodging baby

I went a prg yoga class on Wednesday and it was great. I haven't done any yoga for ages, but was pleased that I'm still quite supple and bendy despite lots of comfort eating post the mc's..... If only my cravings were healthier! I'm eating lots of fruit but I crave chocolate milk and pepparami's...

I too was c 2 5k ing when I got my bfp. But was slightly gutted as wanted to get to 5k but obviously I wouldn't swap dd for anything.

Yep, I will be down at the park in about half an hour, just got to go and do my second run first, so I'll be the one who looks like a raspberry! I always go SOOOOOOO red in the face with the slightest bit of exercise! so look a lot like but not even cross! Just a little knackered and proud of myself!

If there is a god he will have made dh check his phone and bring me a chocolate Frij shake home....... please, please,please!

Sorry have been busy doing reports, god love 'em, finally told school and they were positive so all is good.

Love the name pants :) EDD is 30th of Dec, so definitely no cooking CD dinner, will miss my folks though as won't travel over to be with my family on CD. Eeek full of changes this pregnancy malarky!

Um both of us now running!!!!!! Hope you have your velour (however it's spelt [uhm]) tracksuit on like me! Have lost 3kg this month!

I am writing reports, planning, preparing for interviews, baking cakes for Nan's b'day, the usual housework & totally swamped! Did have a boogie out with best mate last night & when I got in DH was awake to give me a good seeing to so only 3 hours sleep plus the night before I didn't get to bed till half 2 cos my mate I aint seen in ages popped round! Am shattered so off to bed...
