I have PCOS. Irregular cycles (90+ days).
Is it worth trying? Any negatives?

Angus is very naughty and flatly refuses any kind of employment.

Yes it did for me & also for 2 friends I recommended it for. No side effects at all. I had v.irregular periods & had to have 1st 2 dd's using clomid. 3rd dd was a fab surprise after taking agnus castus! Good luck

I think it worked for me too. No way of being certain, but I was diagnosed with PCOS and took agnus castus for about four months (as I believe it takes a little while to get in to your system). I was also having very long cycles with virtually none existent periods and while my periods never went back to 'normal' they did become more regular and I was able to conceive (just before I was about to start the more invasive fertility tests too :)) Now have a lovely DS.

I did other things as well - pretty much everything that Marilyn Glenville tells you to - cut out alcohol, took b-vitamin supplements and Zinc and Vitamin C, and ate loads more fresh food than usual. I can't remember what else she says to do, but whatever it was it seemed to work for me.
