Hi, really sorry but yes morning after pill didnt work for me. Did leave it bit late in taking it but still within the recommended time frame. Fingers crossed you get the result you want but would test if i were you.

kat2504 · 01/02/2011 20:54

How late did you take it? It is over 90 percent in the first 24 hours but only 50 percent effective on the third day. It has worked for me on the two occasions I took it,but of course it is possible that I wouldn't have conceived anyway. Even if you take no contraception there is a maximum 25 percent chance of conceiving in any one cycle. That isn't to say you aren't one of those for whom it didn't work. So if you think you might be pg then do a test to put your mind at rest.

sorry, yes it has failed for me once Sad

It didn't work for me but ended in an ectoptic (apparently it increases the risk). If you are late I would do a test. hth.

Yep, failed for me. Result sleeping upstairs. Took it by 12pm the day after condom ripped during sex. Also it failed for a mate of mine, who took the pill about 24 hours afterwards. In fact, both our failures are meeting up for a playdate tomorrow....

5 year old DD asleep upstairs. Wouldnt change her for anything though.
