AF 3 days late.

BFN on day af due.

Ive had to let my girls hang free becuase strapping them up in a bra is agony.

Feel nauseous and like death, exhausted.

Tummy twinges so i know af is probably on her way.

Its FUCKING TORTURE. I hate it all, the whole fucking thing, hate it. When will it end?

Any one else want to scream and howl a bit??

Have you tried calcium and vitamin d tablets for the ladies in the meantime? Helped me with my tenderness (though I'm the opposite have bought larger bras to accomodate the growth and even sleeping with vests with bra support). Good luck!

mine are too!! try the calcium, it really helped me cope month to month while we wait for the bfp...

I'm taking magnesium too which helps with mood stabilising...I no longer resemble Attilla the Hun for 2 weeks before AF arrives.

Mine are really painful too and I've got all the signs of AF :(
