I have just started TTC, I used a clearblue ovulation kit and got my surge etc
Now 13 days after that I'm now waiting for my normally "right on time" period.
I took a boots predicator test the a day before period due and negative.
Just wanted to know if anyone has had good experiences with these tests??

I did think that my period was coming after the usual pre-menstrual feelings in my tummy but nothing turned up yet.
I'm hoping that Boots test is wrong...........fingers crossed

As I understand it you are supposed to test with first morning urine. Have heard people raving about superdrug and tesco tests here. No personal experience. Keep posting- hope it's good news. FX Good luck x

It isn't over till you get your period but unfortunately most tests would be highly accurate the day before you are due, and if you have pmt too it isn't looking great. Don't be disheartened, average waiting time is six months even if you are both healthy. Even if you time sex perfectly there is only a 25% chance. A lot of luck is involved.
For information, the superdrug tests are the most sensitive of the cheaper shop brands. Last time I got some I got four for 8 pounds.
Test again in a day or two if no period. Hope it goes well if not good luck next month
