Hi,

I am becoming more and more concerned that in less than 2 months time, I will be the big 40! I always believed that one of each would be fine and my DH and I had decided that we were happy with that. However, now the kids are growing up, we thought we'd try one last time! However, after becoming pregnant very quickly, I had a mc at 7 weeks. Since then, we have been finding it impossible to conceive!
It has only been 5 months of ttc but I guess my age is concerning me more than anything else...and the fact that I'm really not patient!
I am seeing my Dr on Tuesday to raise concerns (just incase he is able to help sooner rather than later!) and I was hoping for any advice on clomid. I have tried the ovulating strips - and only had my first positive result this month...unfortunately, my period started today so it made no difference this time!
Any advice be great!
Thanks
