AF has arrived :-( so upset!!!!

I really thought I was PG! had all the symptoms and kept putting off testing! I am so upset. Why does TTC take so long and why is it so hard! To make it worse I have the worst period cramps ever! Just in case I wasn't aware! Stupid vagina!

I know no one can help, just fancied a rant!!

Aw sorry to read that it's so hard i do know and can empathise with you. it's just not fair

It does mean you can have a nice BIG glass of wine tonight - not the same i know.

AF means aunt flo (your period).

since October :-( I am in my 20s so I thought it would be easy!!!!! Perfect childbearing years!!!!!!

So that's what two cycles? Three? Give yourself a break! It's mostly timing and if you happen to ovulate early or late - which always happen when you want to be on time then you can easily miss the baby boat for that month.

You can still look at maternity clothes - chances are you'll need them soon enough.

It is four cycles! I didn't realise it was so difficult. You hear of all these unexpected pregnancies, so how is it so difficult!!!!!

It's a complex biological process. Most natural thing - and also the most complex, amazing thing. Yes you hear of lots of unplanned pregnancies - but we don't all get pregnant everytime we have sex (Thank goodness!) So whilst we hear of lots of pregnancies the other side of that is 'I had sex and I didn't get pregnant' - and that happens a lot more! That's the side you're on atm but I'm sure that's going to change.

I totally understand how you feel. My period started yesterday :( I really thought i was pregnant and was well over a week late!! It is so disappointing every month! Good luck sweetie xxx

It isn't fair, none of it is fair

My DH brother had a one night stand and got her pg, she didn't want the baby but kept it anyway and he stood by her. I was pg at same time but MC (i was married and wanted this baby so bad and told we had very slim chance of conceiving). I wanted to scream and scream. It wasn't fair, it's not fair and so i do understand how you feel.

Please try and stay positive and keep enjoying trying. Stressing about when to do it just hinders relaxation and often conception. 4 months of cycles sounds a lot but if you were to approach a DR they would ask you to return after a year; there's still plenty of time and you are young too.
