This thread WILL bring BFPs, everything crossed ladies apart from your legs!!

Thanks for all the welcomes.

Izzy - thanks for the info on acupuncture. I'm in London unfortunately but I saw a recommendation by someone else on MM so I may investigate that. I saw on another forum you have kids - did you have a short LP then as well??

weimy - I'm not surprised you're upset...why do people say things like that even as a joke?? Anyway would love dogs myself, just need a garden! Hmm

Hi essence, looks like a busy thread doesn't it!!

terrys my WTF cycle was also anovulatory even though a scan a few days before showed i was just about to ovulate but temps never went up.

Grrr My temp has dropped again today - 10DPO & strange fluttering sensations in stomach, so I guess AF will be here in anytime soon. I find it so weird that 7 months on from my m/c, I 'm still not back to my clockwork periods. Considering going to the GP!!!

MrsArchchancellorRidcully · 27/01/2011 09:41

morning. Another +ve test iwish yay!! Big congratulations - enjoy your pregnancy. Mine blew my mind, was amazing.

So ff hasn't given me cross hairs yet, but will do if I change to 'research' setting. I'm convinced i ov cd 25, so i'm leaving it at that. Temps nice and high today, so now we wait.......

angster · 27/01/2011 09:42

Hi Strawberry - how long are your cycles normally? So sorry about your m/c. I know exactly how you feel, there is always a glimmer of hope though every cycle and it's miserable when it doesn't pan out but this is the perfec place to moan and cry.

MrsArchchancellorRidcully · 27/01/2011 09:42

Oh and chart here

StrawberryCreamTea · 27/01/2011 10:03

Hi angster, before the mc they'd been a bit erratic since coming off the pill, took about two months to return followed by cycles of 26, 28, 28, 23, 28, 34, 33. At the moment it just feels like it's so hard to manage something that some people find so simple. Sad

Iwish · 27/01/2011 10:18

essence I do feel a bit more reassured, still a little frightened but will be ok when I speak to the doc. Will ring them tomorrow am.

Thanks for your advice too split it helps so much that you lovely ladies know about this :)

mrsden erm, I hoped it would be. I was actually scared of it being -ve as I still have the cramps I get after OV which I think is due to progesterone like digi gets.
I know what you mean about other peole getting pg easily, makes you feel Envy and Sad

strawberry hopefully will use clearblue this weekend. The lines on the cheapies are v faint so will wait a couple more days to use the expensive ones lol! And feel free to have a moan, it make you feel so much better and we are here to listen x

Thanks mrsa. It's still faint so will be happier when it's darker. Still a little scared. I'm going to stalk you this month, I want you to share my lucky thread and get a bfp xx

Waves to everyone else xx

Iwish not sure if you've found them but there is a thread called TTC or Pregnant with an underactive Thyroid which is full of knowledgable people on the subject.

Fab news that you've got another BFP Smile

spilttheteaagain · 27/01/2011 10:30

mouse thinking of you today and hoping and praying the ERPC goes smoother than last time and you don't get poorly afterwards. So sorry it's happening to you again xx

Iwish · 27/01/2011 11:00

Thanks split. You are so kind. I will have a good nosey at that. Hope you are ok today xx

angster I am the queen of the unpredictable luteal phase!! Ds was conceived 4 days before my last af, on day 24ish of a 28 day cycle. Af came and went as usual, assumed I wasn't pg, then the next af was much lighter than usual so poas'd then and got my bfp. Only worked out the dates after an early scan when I thought I was 6.5 weeks and turned out to be 9 weeks!! So it can happen but I guess that must be pretty rare. Then DD and DC3 were conceived exactly middle of the month, textbook style, and I assumed all was well but after losing DC3 at 16/17 weeks my cycles are all a bit bizarre again Confused

IzzyWizzyletsgetbusy · 27/01/2011 13:22

Ps mouse have posted on ttc after mc, but am thinking of you today xx

digitalgirl · 27/01/2011 13:29

Thinking of you today mouse

izzy didn't realise you lost dc3 at 16/17 weeks Sad.

strawberry FF had me at 11dpo before it eventually moved the crosshairs to cd23, and I was back to 3dpo. However, based on my temps and cm I still believe I'm 1-2 adys behind it's dpo...but yes, it's very depressing to be going backwards in the 2ww, even though you know in your heart the real date you ovulated.

My chart is looking like a very healthy LP for the first time in ages [preen]. And so begins the 'not trying to get my hopes up phase' where I brace myself for all those down temps. Had weird dream this morning that my ovaries had swollen so much that I could literally see them bulging through like someone had shoved a couple of pebbles under my skin. Bit creeped out. Clearly, am spending far too much time thinking about ttc when I'm visualising my reproductive organs expanding to medical freak proportions.

IzzyWizzyletsgetbusy · 27/01/2011 14:21

yes, had routine mw appt at 16+2 - no heartbeat. Scan the next day confirmed baby had died at about 14 wks. Would have been 17 weeks exactly on the day I had my erpc Sad. That was after two completely boring healthy pgs, and three great scans this time round - the last at 13+1. So tbh I had really taken it for granted that all would go smoothly. Won't be so blasé next time!!

Anyway glad your charts looking good - fx for some good news for you this month!

kateepie2 · 27/01/2011 14:24

Can I join please? I recognise some of you from other threads :)

I'm 3dpo and already symptom spotting like a loon (no hope for me)... fed up of the 2ww already. So far, madly emotional on 2dpo, and today, tired, headachy, peeing a lot, and slight bloody cm, oh and 'suspicious boobs'

I just started charting this month and temps a bit rocky so far, but seem to be evening out, chart here

Reality checks welcome!

angster · 27/01/2011 14:59

strawberry - it's so depressing isn't it. i can't believe i'm about to go in to the 8month since m/c and still nothing. Anyway, i have my fx for you anyway.

Izzy that is tragic you lost dc3 at that stage. Poor you. It sounds like your DC1 was conceived on a miracle cycle though, that's extraordinary you can conceive 4 days before AF!. Anyway, i'm booked in for some acupuncure on Tuesday next week.

hi kateepie - just had a quick look at yours. they are going up a lot so that's good I guess! Are they suppose to be more level than rocky? Mine are rocky too at 10dpo but that could be because i take my temps at different times. I am on AF symptom spotting at the moment...basically all your symptoms apart from peeing and cm! Fx for you.

weimy · 27/01/2011 15:05

Welcome kateepie !

Thanks for the support ladies!

I have just taken my two year old niece home after minding for her for the morning and she has learnt to sniff, wagg her bottom and fetch. Blush DS is going to be so cross with me, I did try to stop her but painting wasn't it seems as much fun!

FX crossed for those about to ov and poas.

:)

kateepie2 · 27/01/2011 15:12

Thanks for looking angster I decided to take temps vaginally in the end, I always seem to breathe through my mouth at night, so seemed all over the place. Seem to have stabilised a bit, though curious to see if they will continue to go up! (A little worried I may combust)...

Hi weimy sounds like you had a fun morning! Grin

digitalgirl · 27/01/2011 16:03

Ooh MrsA your cross-hairs are in!

batteryhen · 27/01/2011 17:20

I have to say there are some seriously good stalking skills going on :)

Welcome all new people

Just want to give big hugs to mouse - I have thought of you lots today.

I have had my scan. Sonographer says I have a 'lovely thin smooth lining, good ovaries with follicles at various stages'. Of course I jumped all over the 'thin' bit but she said everyone is different and it is nothing to worry about. So for now I can breath out and relax for a few weeks until I get all mainc about OV and 2ww again.

Hope everyone has had a good day xx

Iwish · 27/01/2011 17:30

Batter Glad it went well today. Hope you had a lovely day too.

Woohoo for Mrsa's Crosshairs :) Hope the litle swimmers have got to that little eggy!

Wecome Kat I recognise you from another thread. You'll settle in nicely here. Everyone is so friendly.

Weimy Bet you had a lovely day. I used to spend a lot of time with my god daughter (who is now 7) and i loved every minute, even the trouble she got into.

im having little af type cramps and the usual cramps, is that normal?

Off to do some more chart stalking :)

mousebacon · 27/01/2011 19:37

Thanks for thinking of me today lovely ladies - you are all very kind. It went as well as it could apart from a wobble over my bp. I'm home now though and dh has made our tea so I'm sure I'll be on the mend soon.

We've said we'll give it one full cycle before trying again so we're probably looking at march for ttc again.

Lots of love xxx

ravenlocks · 27/01/2011 19:44

Hi everyone. So much to catch-up on.

Has anyone ever got pg on their WTF cycle? Is there even any point in me trying this cycle?

Hugs mouse, take time to recover and see you back in March.

mousebacon · 27/01/2011 19:47

I did raven but it didn't end well. I got pg 3 weeks after my last erpc x

IfAtFirstUDontSucceed · 27/01/2011 20:23

I'm currently on my WTF cycle and have just ordered a large batch of cheapie OPKs as we want to give it a go (it's worth a shot). I'm still spotting at day 15 grrrrrr, so when I'll ovulate is anyones guess!
