low hormone 12dpo on on 10 mIU/ml, am i pregnant???

im on 12dpo (period is due today or tomorrow) and did 2 tests this morning on the high sensitivity strips (10 mIU/ml) and got faint lines so my hormone level is very low
im a bit worried as from reading stuff my hormone levels should a lot higher than 10mIU/ml by day 12???

am i pregnant or is this something else?
Could this be chemical pregnancy?

As long as you followed the instructions and read the strip within the specified time, you're most probably up the duff!

betaHCG levels won't necessarily be high yet. It does depend at what point implantation occurred, and also on each individual. Try not to worry too much yet. Easier said than done, though.
