Am I pregnant?? (hoping but doubtful)

Hello Ladies
Had a MC three months ago and we started trying again right away. Have hugely irregular cycles so no idea when next due - did a pregnancy test a week ago and it was negative but for the past two days I have had: spotting (pale pink and only when I wipe plus the occasional drop in a towel), low dull backache, stomach cramps (very low in stomach and persistent - similar depth as a period pain), twinge on left side (where it feels like my ovary ought to be). Boobs feel big and heavy (but not sore) - might be imagining it though.
Anyone else had this? Might I possibly be pregnant again?? Would be too good to be true... Any help / feedback is appreciated...

Im afraid the only thing I can suggest is another test!
If it comes negative again and you still don't get a proper period you ought to see the doc. Perhaps your period is just late - was your previous test too early?
It is possible that you are pregnant but nobody on here will be able to tell you if you are or not, only a test can do that.
If you are worried about your symptoms then get it checked out they might do a blood test for pregnancy if there is cause to think you are but just not showing up on a home test yet.
Have you been doing ovulation tests? If you are more than two weeks post ovulation and you haven't had your period, you have more reason to assume you may be pregnant. Less than two weeks, you'll just have to wait and see.

Thank you ladies... hard not to analyse each and every twinge (driving myself and my husband insane). Last period was 27th Nov (MC was 12th Oct). I have PCOS so cycle v irregular. Will hold fire and try in a week or so. I guess I'm just wishing to be pregnant!

I know how you feel. I had an MC 5 months ago and the desire to get pg again can become quite a big deal.

Lara, my thought was possibly ovulation - do you know if you have definitely ov'd this cycle yet? If not, I'd get to SWI just in case!
