Much TMI-ness here I'm afraid...

DH and I decided to start TTC DC2 on Christmas day (might also have had something to do with the new heels I was trying on Grin).

The confusing thing is that my period hasn't yet returned post DS1 who is now 13 months and I've only just stopped breastfeeding him. So I've no idea at all where I am in my cycle - or even if I'm remotely furtive.

The thing is that (here comes the TMI) I had absolutely acres of EWCM on Christmas Eve, then on Christmas Day and a couple of days after too. That hasn't happened since before DS arrived.

And spookily DH has been as randy as a rabbit at almost exactly the same time , which made me wonder about him that I was ovulating Hmm. I certainly hadn't given him a CM update.

Chances are pretty slim I reckon. But I've gone and bought a test; I can't help thinking that Mother Nature is taking over. So when do I use it? No idea when my period is due/late etc. Would it be a complete waste?

If you conceived on Christmas Eve you'd get a positive pg test by now with fmu I think. If you assumed an average luteal phase and you did ovulate then, your period would be due around now.

Cheap ebay/poundland/amazon tests are the way forward.

DH is always more 'interested' when I'm ovulating. Assume it's pheromones or summat.
