quick question or 2

at what point can you read the test?
is 8 - 10 mins too late? or is it 20mins thats too late?

also how feint is a feint line?
does a line thats more like a different shade of white as opposed to pink count?

This line (now an hour later does seem to be as slightly as possible pink, but was definitely more a different shade of white around 10 mins after test)

i dont have any instructions, and i cant believe its positve.

also took test at 10 day post ov but tested mid afternoon, when i just couldnt resisit any longer!

i guess the answer is re-test tomorrow but wondered if the feintist line in the world, in off white is still a +ve? (or not)

am on day24 9 days post ovulation if that makes a difference

You are torturing yourself woman!! Step away from the tests you are only 9DPO. Wait till 14 DPO and do another test (I know, I know it's hard!)

FWIW yes I think a different shade of white line is an evap line and therefore a BFN, but even if you are preg it is too early!!

According to instructions I have for cheapie dipstick tests the result should not be read after ten minutes.
You will just have to wait a couple of days and try again. Frustrating, I know!!

This morning on my 1st response 6 days early test, at 5 days early I had 2 proper lines at 4mins. It says read ASAP after 3 mins, and do not read after 10 mins. So assuming I am probably pg.

I ovulated on day 15
got a probably postive yesturday, day 25 10 days later, and a really obviouse postive, day 26 21 days later (and 3 days before period due) this morning

2 clear lines were there within 20 secs
