I was recently diagnosed with asherman's by a fertility specialist, after an hsg. This was caused by treatment after mid- trimester loss. My FS is an asherman expert and he says it is just a small area of mild scarring in uterus which he can remove by a hysteroscopy and division of adhesions. He thinks I will not need any HRT or a coil, or balloon or a follow up hsg.
my periods are regular but short usually 2 days followed by a day of spotting.
I need to get this scheduled but he has only openings in January on either my cycle day 4 or cycle day 15 and I don't know which date is best? I'm worried if my period is early then I might still be bleeding on day 4 and that cycle day 15 might be too late on in cycle and lining too thick? Also given no hrt etc and no follow up when can we start ttc again? Thanks
