How do you cope with them?I am taking 2 evening primrose oils a day but though they help it isnt helping as much as I would like

I have a 2.5 year old and I feel so awful that I keep losing my temper with him.

I have hot flushes and days where i feel fat and gross.

I cant keep going through these mood swings - it isnt fair on any of us....

What do I do?

Hi ya,

I had awful mood swings while on Clomid. Do you take it at night? This helped me with most side effects.

Sorry to hear you're suffering. Although I didn't have too many mood swings, I did get terrible night sweats and insominia, which of course did not help my mood.

No advice, other than that the side effects are normally only for the second week or so. I just grit my teeth and accept it's a drug side effect and it will pass.

Good luck

mine seemed to stop with a higher dose - not sure why though.
