question about BD and how often?

Hi just wanted to ask when in your fertile period how often do you BD? Everyday or every other day?

I'm not doing OV tests but I'm in my fertile period with all the signs, I have been pg three times (2 mmc and one DD) so I have no fertility issues.

They say every day if your OH has healthy sperm and you want to maximise chances. Or every other day. I tend to do every other day and then every day for 2-3 days including ovulation.

Sperm can live up to 5 days in fertile cervical mucus so start 5 days before the earliest day you have ever ovulated and you should have all bases covered.

But what the heck do I know, I am not pg!!
