Hi,
For the first time I have started taking evening primrose oil to improve cm. I started taking it on day 1 and am currently on day 10, with no ewcm and no signs of pending ovulation (I normally start ewcm on day 9 and ovulate on about day 12). Could the EPO have delayed things this month? I'm taking 2600mg but am thinking I might reduce to one tablet of 1300mg. Has anyone had any experience of this? Have also started taking 90mg B6 as part of a B complex to lengthen luteal phase, could this have done something? Would really appreciate any advice anyone has x

I take evening primrose and it hasn't made a difference to my ovulation date. I take a smaller dose though, so I don't know if that's why. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be along soon.

I am pregnant now, but I took EPO (2600mg daily) and Agnus Castus (60ml) in for over a year. It takes a really long time to see any result! EPO promotes hormonal balance. My periods were normal and I do not know anything about my ovualtion as I never used a monitor to trace it...
