Can someone help me figure out AF??!?

Right, I'm not sure the best way to explain this without sounding all muddled - so I will try my best. AF arrives for a week, disappears for a week, then returns for another, then buggers off until the same date the following month....

I would like to know if anyone has experienced anything similar to this??

For easiness, I will demonstrate what I am tryin to say using the Months November/December

7th November - AF arrives (lasts 7 days)
14th -21st - AF free
21st - AF arrives again (lasts 7 days)
28th Nov 5th December - AF Free
7th December - AF arrives

And the cycle starts again

Any ideas what is up?

DH and I have been tryin to get PG for about 5months now to no avail. Doc won't discuss any help we may need as we are both 25 and have a healthy three year old DD.

Help?!?

Hi there. I am sorry, this doesn't make any sense to me either. My only advice is that you go back to see GP and demand that they look into this for you or at least refer you to someone who can. This isn't a normal pattern and you need to know what your hormones are doing, whatever your ages or circumstances!!! I really hope you can get your GP to help. If he/she still refuses, I would say try to see another one. Any good GP would help you look into this, it isn't too much to ask!

i had a few months of strange periods but they did return to normal
but
it would b best 2 speak 2 a dr , they shouldnt brush it aside and im sure you'll soon get reassurance or help and soon be back on track
