just wondering if anyone has any experience of this? have been told its best to wait 12 months after treatment has ended, is this because it may effect the baby or to give yourself a chance to recover.

dh has been on the lower dose chemo for 4 months and still has a few months left, we have a 80% chance he will still be fertile and always planned to have another dc and would just appreciate some advice.

its because of the chemo staying in the body, and also to recover too. Its up to you but maybe talk to macmillian nurse?

Depends on the type and dose of chemo, whether there was radiotherapy too, where the tumour was, what stage it was etc. I'd call your oncologist for advice specific to your situation. V best of luck.
