hey everyone, had such a stressful day today and work is really getting to me...i really want to go out tonight to release some stress but my very few friends aren't going out and my DP is on his staff xmas do. i've asked if i can meet him out after his meal etc...although i feel slightly guilty for asking him...but i feel terribly miserable and really want to not be alone...help!

All the snow by me has gone...it rained today...and for 2 whole days i've not had to scrape my bloody car!! yippee!! xxx

My weekend has been just as planned...
yesturday morning i went to the market while OH did another interview, for a new person for his company.

We had a delcious civilised lunch together (which we rarely get to do, just the 2 of us), then i let him drive my car to his mums!... (we survived the journey )
I made some mince pies
and cooked jamie Oliver cauliflower macaroni cheese for tea

and had a night in with X factor

Today we both had a lovely lie
then a relaxing morning faffing about

Off to MILs for pre-christmas goose (for goose fat) with all his family. (really nice, Xmas carols, Xmas pud, open fire etc and just a lovely afternoon)

wrapped all my Xmas presents this afternoon and finished the last Xmas cards (inc ones to all my class!)

And a quiet evening.... bath and X factor i think

Oh and am now using me CBFM, so thats exciitng but OH thinks waste of time as i chart and can interpret my cycle anyway

Back to work tomo, but only until 12.15 on Wed when i finish for Xmas!

jbells - I'm glad someone knows how i feel...I'm going to let my hair down at the works Xmas party this Saturday. I didn't go out on Friday in the end. Did pick OH up at 3am though!!!

We've booked a hotel room for during my works Xmas party so OH and I can relax beforehand in the sauna etc and then stay the night there by ourselves and have a continental breakfast in the morning. Good hangover cure!
I'm really looking forward to it. It'll be really good for us to relax. I've been so stressed out for the last couple of weeks at work. I'm hoping to talk to one of the bosses about my issues tomorrow hopefully...wish me luck!

Well, it's CD21 here and i am either going mad or up the duff! The mad thing is quite likely, it's happened before

I am still tired
I've had backache, headache and mild nausea on and off over the weekend, not necessaraily at the same time.
Probably TMI but had more CM than usual at this point in a month yesterday.
I have a feeling!
Oh yes and i've had heartburn twice in the last week, i hardly ever get it.

Anyway, please all cross your fingers that i am right/it sticks.

Loads to catch up on, and I'm sorry I'm not messaging you all individually.

Well I had a lovely weekend, saw a few friends, had a chill out, had a few meals out and had some lovely presents.

Had some SWI action over the weekend!!! LOL. I feel ridiculously chilled about it this month, I just don't feel that it's going to be this month and I'm not even past ov, but I just feel like it's not happening yet, weirdly, although I really really want it, had a dream last night that AF arrived, well we shall wait and see.

Just about to have some time with OH and do some Christmas present wrapping.

The lurgy is mostly gone, just the dregs of it left now, I'm hoping to start some exercise again soon

I'm back!

DD is screaming! She 'can't sleep' I am being mean mummy & leaving her! Although I know she is trying to make herself sick!! She was a little madam all weekend! Especially Saturday night! She has a slight cold & is playing on it big time!

DH has gone into her now (soft touch)! He is making up a bedtime story that begins 'A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away...'! :o

Good morning all.

Well I have today off work, then I'm back for one night shift and another 4 days off work - my rota'd days off! :)

Got a few things to do today, one of which included getting stuff out of the freezer for tea tonight, I have not done this so far, So I still need to decide what we are having.

Trying to decide on a few things re the future, as I was a few weeks ago, but it's kind of getting to a point where I feel I need to make this decision. I'm not happy at work at the moment and would like a new job, we would like to be living somewhere else and in that case I wouldn't carry on doing what I am doing now, but changing work, so I'm trying to decide what to do about work, where we live and a few other things. But this depends on little baby arriving or starting it's little journey, and I don't know what to do with regards to that. I don't want to stop TTC, but if we decide to move and me change jobs I may need to take a short break from TTC. It's a case of what do we want more. I think the plan atm is to wait till March and see if I get a BFP by then, and if not then to poss change things then, but look for stuff between now and then and see if I see anything I would think of doing. OH has suggested going into childminding, which I could possibly do, but I would rather have baby first. I've been looking at driving instruction, I'm a good driver having done emergency driving course and so have no worries about that, it's whether I want to go and do something like that full time, and there is the training but it's worth it. So there is a lot of stuff to think over at the moment.

There is also the wedding to discuss properly, we have seen loads of friends who have been asking us lots about what we plan to do re the wedding and where and when and how big and stuff like that. All we have answered is it's complicated, obviously with TTC we don't want to plan a wedding then discover I'm 8 months upduffed when the date comes.

Feeling swamped with it all at the moment, and kind of dreading the going back to work tomorrow.

Thanks guys. Sorry I didn't have time to reply to everyone else's messages earlier, I was at work. Good news about my next interview, but I am so sad about having to wait longer to ttc. DH and I had decided that if I didn't get through to the next round we'd start trying. So mixed feelings about the final stage. I can completely sympathise with you 100years. Although who's to say this won't be your month?

Bebe that's funny about DH's storytime! I hope dd feels a bit better tomorrow. Have you and DH talked any more about ttc? He must know by now that you are merrily proceeding with your ttc plans!

Astrozola when is the Christmas party? The mini break plan sounds brilliant. Did you get anywhere with your boss?

AC - So sad that you have to put off TTC again :( But a new job would be something positive to focus on.

DD is full of snot (as am I...yuk!) DH is having a really rough crappy time at work again so we aren't really talking about TTC. I think he knows it is at the back of my mind (well, not quite at the back ) I won a load of stuff on MN today (mega excited ) and we just had an argument about him coming with me & DD to Kent next week after he finishes work at lunchtime! He is just so tired & miserable all the time & it's really starting to grind me down! :(

100y good luck wedding planning and co-ordinating TTC planning.

Well im in bed feeling poorly. Started to get a cold on Monday and it has now "got" me
It was the last day at school today (and my classes nativity play) but i made myself go in. I got there and was told to go straight home, but i begged and was allowed to watch my 3 year old do their nativity. . They were SOOOOOOO cute, and did really really well, (better than any of our rehersals) Was so proud of them all. After the play i was sent home, so am in bed dosed up on paracetamol. (due to TTC plans- this weekend) I dareent take any other medicine, so paracetamol and hot ribena and olbas oil is all i dare use)

Sadly it means i miss the staff Christmas dinner at 2pm today , but on the + side i got so many generous presents from the children in my class, and really lovely gifts that all the mums put in together for. (Makes me appreciate working at a private school, full of wealthy generous families even more )

Thankfully i have now finished until 5th Jan, and should be better by Xmas (so long as i dont give it to OH, really really dont want him being poorly at the weekend either)

Am also confused as am now using my CBFM which says i have high fertility and have had 'high' fertiltiy since day 7. Very wierd as my charting and TCOYF insist i dont become fertile until day 10 (2mo).

AC good luck with the final interview, that's a good sign :) Will keep everything crossed. As for who's to know this isn't my month, I just don't feel it yet, I am not at all nervous about it, because I just don't think it will happen this month, probably because I really want it to and it would help answer a few questions and so therefore I cannot possibly be lucky enough to have stuff work out for me like that. I'm sometimes just very negative and get in a tiz, this is one of those things.

Nanny, sorry you are feeling rotten, I know exactly what that is like and I hope you are let off it soon. Mine came when I was due AF and had AF on the third day of full lurgy, so there would have been no missed SWI anyway, if it had been mid cycle I wouldn't have been able to do it at all. :(

Well it's work for me tonight, I am fully prepared to be going on a sickness review and am going to ask about seeing occy health to try and get my hours changed back to what they were 6 months ago, as I swear I've been more tired, grumpy and shit health wise since it changed. We shall see. I'm also considering cutting my hours so I do a couple less shifts, 5 lots of 10hr shifts in a row is a killer. We will see what happens.

CD 16 for me now, not that I have been paying a huge amount of attention to it, other than knowing I am mid cycle, but I had to check what CD I was. Give it another week before I change my mind and start symptom spotting LOL I'm very fickle, I may not feel like it's my month now, but I'm sure I'll still start to check out my aching breasts and nausea when it comes to it next week!!!! LOL

Just been told there's me and another woman up for the role. Interview is on Tuesday morning. She has already had her final interview.
