AF late but no symptoms

Currently on cd30 of a 26/27 day cycle. Desperately ttc but am terrified to do a pg test in case it's negative. What's worrying me is that I have no symptoms whatsoever- boobs appear the same, not running to the loo and not any more tired than normal.

I don't remember having any symptoms when pregnant with my ds but he was my first so I suppose I didn't really know what I was looking for.

I hate ttc, it really messes with your head

Just do a test. It can be way too early for any symptoms!

I know I should it's the only way I'll know for sure, but if it's negative it will just make me feel awful. Might wait a few more days. Thanks Loujalou

I'm kind of in the same boat as you Ali - may be pg, but too scared to test! Did one at 12DPO and negative, and now want to wait longer.

No symptoms does not mean BFN....that's what I'm holding to.

Think I'll try and hold out til Friday.

I did an asda test half an hour ago and I got the faintest faintest faintest of lines. One of these ones you had to squint your eyes to see and even then I'm not sure if I imagined it. I'm mad at myself though beacuse the line did get much stonger but I didn't check the time when I did the test so I don't know if the was in the 15 minute time frame or if it's an evaporation line that people talk about. Aaaaaagh!

Good luck miffles; it's terrible how something like this should be a happy and exciting thing but instead it turns us into a bag of nerves!

ooo....exciting! Hope you've got a few extra tests! I'd suggest doing another one tomorrow morning, as FMU is more concentrated and likely to have more hCG. Hopefully the line will gradually get darker.

Might secretly get a test when I pop in the pharnacy to pick up ds's prescription later (though I might chicken out!)
