hello all!
i have started eating more healthily (not that i was that bad before), is it worth taking somekind of womens multivitamin? i plan to start taking folic acid at end of month, but as i was anaemic when pregnant with both my 1st and 2nd dcs am debating wether to take iron tablets too? or could it cause harm to do so? (spatone and lots of spinach etc didnt work b4, and i really dont reccomend spatone, foul and expensive stuff)

I'm taking Boots Mum to Be tablets - multi vits plus folic acid.

Can't imagine they do harm as they are branded for conception and pregnancy?

I would also say to take a pregnancy supplement, that way you've got the folic acid included. Some vitamins should not be supplemented in pregnancy (I think too much vit A can be a problem?) so if you take a normal supplement you should check this.
