A question about wee

Had a faint positive this morning did a opk too another faint line. I used first morning wee. I'm sure if you didn't drink for 4 hours that this wee would be concentrated? Is this wrong? Also could I store it for couple of hours until I have a clearblue digital?
Help please! I'm going a bit mad!

morning wee is strongest but I think it depends how many dpo you are as HCG gets stronger (i think!)

if you want to be sure, wait till the morning! I have to wait till Friday and it feels like FOREVER!!

I thought as much I am so confused have faint lines but are they lines or not ahh I hate this! hopefully we get dark, proper lines asap!

Apparently so. I think as long as you're drinking normally and not guzzling fluids (which will dilute the hormone in large amounts of urine) then you should get an accurate result.

It would be better to wait though

dp is bringing the cb digitals home tonight so will retest tomorrow am.
I just dont know which i am finding hurrendous!

Are you talking about OPK testing or HPT testing?

If it's and HPT then it's best to do it between 11am and 2pm. In my experience it doesn't matter enourmously if you're wee isn't very concentrated - as BrainMash says above really. If it's a feint line it will probably get progressively darker over the next few days until it's the same as your control line which happens in the 24-48 hrs before ovulation.

If it's an HPT then yes, first morning urine or urine held for minimum of 4 hours with minimum drinking is best unless you have already missed your period in which case there should be enough hormone to show up regardless of the concentration of urine.

Ok I cheated and tested again and just to see what the opk test said, I did a hot and a opk faint but noticeable lines on both. What do we think? Yes I know, I know shouldn't of used of used opks!
Will cb in the morning and dreading it tbh :( dp I know doesn't want to get his hopes up but support would be useful!

Aahh, OK, now I understand. You sound like me this time last week!

I did an HPT about 3 days before my period was due and it came up very feint but after 10 mins. Then a couple of days later I used my last OPK with my first wee of the day (like you) and a feint line came up so then I thought, Hmmm, maybe if I wait 4 hours without weeing and try again with and HPT it will show up. Then I decided to get a grip, but did it the next day. A very feint line came up again, I had to wait almost the 10 mins for it to appear but it still came up before they tell you not to look. I have done them every 2 days since and the line has got darker each time so it looks like you're in with a chance as your experience seems similar to mine!
