As it says in the title really - I have a normal BMI, am in my late 20s - Started taking folic acid in Oct - would anyone suggest doing anything else?

Speak to your doctor about getting your blood checked to see if you need to be re immunised against Rubella.

Im in the same age as you, I had it checked but I was still protected.

Worth checking.

Hi snakeears I would take a full pre-conception multivit rather than just folic acid - I've been taking Solgar pre-natal which apparently has less junk in it than brands like pregnacare.
