oooh Vjay check you getting a kindle . My boss has one and was showing me it the other day. Its v. snazzy .

I've asked Santa for lots of pampery things, new pyjamas (love the short dressing gowns in M&S), candles and S&tC 2 as I didn't make it to the cinema (like neeko!).

So Ajay likes the Christmas tree - aaargh! We put ours up last night and brought boys down after their bath to help. Our theory being if B saw he baubles etc. go on he wouldn't be so fascinated by them... Day 1 - fine so far, just plays with some things lying at the foot of tree.. Could that be a suggestion? Put things round the base for Ajay to play with? We don't have lights on yet so may be a different story then... eek. Buddha - did you make a decision on the above?

Weather wise, central belt is in thaw mode thank goodness. BUT it's to get much colder again next week with possible snow by 18th/19th.. Will keep you up to date. hope you make it down .

Barbie - love, love,love your bangles and your DH's swim shorts (do you like Jack Wills stuff too?) but most importantly D's boots - too cute and not at all chavy unless you are teaming them with burberry tights.. Can picture her in them and her duffle coat. she won't know what to do with all that weight on her . May slow her down a bit mind.

Definately agree layering is the way to go with keeping them warm.

cupcake - I will endeavour to post early next week, hope you like. I've included some summer stuff that Isaac had as he was a June baby like Jude but totally wrong season for B. Your DH sounds v. talented - mincemeat no less!

Well I'm spray tanned up again. Have playgroup Mum's night out tomorrow, overnighter in Glasgow. Wearing a tightish bustier dress so bought my scuba suit control pants yesterday to keep my bum in check, going to the toilet will be a bit but if it shrinks my arse then well worth it .

Oh and I watched the best bits of Corrie on Tues/Thurs. DH was like as I never watch Corrie but he doesn't know I used to @ 1993 ish as guy I went out with loved it and got me hooked (aye, it was all sex, drugs and rock and roll with him). Loved the whole Raquel/Des/Tanya Martin/Carmen mad nanny storylines... Had to reassure DH I wasn't going to start watching it again

Could't find my Love Actually DVD so great if we're postponing it til next week . Need to do my annual 'when Harry Met Sally' and 'Its a Wonderful Life' too...

Hi blue , I have put toys on the floor beneath the table that the tree is on, and moved the pouff (sp?) out of the room to give him more space and he's not gone near the tree since, so hopefully that's it

So sad that I's nativity got cancelled, such a shame.

I watched Corrie too this week and I'm another one who doesn't normally, and my dh was a bit at me watching too

Def go for lots of layers, i put S in long sleeve vests and babygro indoors, when out a jumper dress or top with cardi and jacket, tights and leggings, with baby not really uggs and hat, if we are outside for long then her snowsuit! We are staying here when we go home, very cool apartment right on the water...few mins away from the city centre and 10 mins away from both set of parents. As for christmas day, we will be just the three of us in the morning, going to my parents for the main part of day as we spent last chrimbo with dh folks here if you remember. My num has gone mad, she loves the whole grandma thing while dh mum isn't so in to it all... . In the afternoon we will go to the inlwas for an hour before returning to the apartment for our time together.

We are in the midst of packing, shopping and other stress inducing tasks...

Yesterday at bbq, my friend made her 8 week old a bottle and put it on the floor...dd crawled over, took it and drank the bloody lot ...made another one using her milk and the same bottle and she took another 3 oz

Put her to bed and she went straight to sleep, woke at 9pm self settled and then....

It all went tit's up (excuse the pun)

She had such bad wind, it took 2 hours of running up and down the stairs, shh/patting, etc etc to get her to settle and there was me thinking it would be the first night she slept

I have been right out and bought the same milk and have made a bottle now to see what she does...fingers crossed cos i have seen a nice dress in massimo dutti and i cant get access to my boobs to feed her....i so want the dress

Hope you are ok, and not digging the kids out from under tress/ snow etc.

4ever did santa give Summer a gift? if i remember rightly they were always pretty good in Bentalls...i used to love walking to work throuh the market place, i think you might know the apartment we had? the one in quayside walk, one of the three townhouses, we had the one on the end, next to the pub...middle flat, floor to ceiling windows and a mezzine floor looking over the river....tis was bliss..

Hello another quick post from me as all I still want to do is sleep and be sick please tell me this gets better soon. 14 weeks now can't believe I have got so far feel so blessed. Not heard nuchal results yet which from what they say means good news as they would have phoned today if results were high risks. Won't quite settle until I get the letter with the risk factor on it.
Got consultant appointment next week because of me having a high BMI have to see them and decide whether I can have midwife antenatal care or wherher I have to have consultant. Not really so worried as insisted on staying under same consultant as I had for the infertility stuff so at least I know him. Just really need to start telling people about the baby now including our parents!
Sorry for lack of personals been lurking but feeling so rubbish not been able to catch up fully
