Barbie So glad you're making progress and the book makes sense to you too. It's defnitely one that I'd hand out to family and friends. H had a wake up after 3 hours last night because she got stuck in her cot and I did feed her because i have a blocked duct and I knew she could help but she then slept for another 7 hours [hsmile] Re bottle. If you want to do it, go cold turkey when your mum comes. H resisted for 11 hopurs but was only crying when we were trying to feed her. It took longer because I was here so if your mum's game try to get out and leave her too it. You might even manage to mix feed after if you want to. It is the best of both worlds for me.

Louey thanks for your support re sleep. You are so thoughtful. Very pleased to hear you doing positive things and having daydreams over names etc. Hope is a hard hurdle to cross for ladies like us so huge gold star to you [hsmile]. about your sister. Really hope she gets her happy ending.

Yep, i also spent £80 on toys at sainsburys yesterday, thats most of family & friends sorted, what a fab deal, so nice to know the majority of xmas is sorted! Ben went as a spider to his party yesterday and he was just the cutest thing ever to sport eight legs [hgrin]. 4ever - I'm sure S will elicit lots of awwws in her pumkin get up at the weekend. Ih and meant to say loved your christening photo and the red dress/shoes combo - va va voom.

I even carved a pumpkin yesterday . If you put a lit one in your window its code for "guisers welcome"

Well Benjamin has turned into a MINX over the past few days. Bum shuffling everywhere, taking coals out the fire, playing with remotes/PS3/sky box, emptying cupboards/drawers, pincing his brothers food all with a cheeky smile and a "OK I'm covered in soot but how cute do I look"? He's a spirited child for sure and the stair gates are going up at 1900 hours tonight [hsmile].

Hi ladies! so sorry couldn't get on all day, she had baby Noah this morning at 6am, 48hrs after her first show & contractions bless her. she did so amazingly well & im just welling with pride! dh and i are off to meet the little man in an hour then out for our anniversary date! happy weekend all x x x

As a star wars fanatic i am very impressed with DS1's outfit too (especially the girls boots) [hgrin] First week back at work has been ok thanks, its harder being at home with the boys TBH. Haven't been very productive though. I'm just so tired. I swear I could sleep 24 hrs a day and still feel tired.

vjay I guess guising is the scottish name for trick or treating? I'm not sure we are going to go this year. Our road is full of old people, although our immediate neighours would probably be happy to see them. Went and bought literally the last 2 outfits in tescos in their size but they are quite cute. I think we may end up just doing a little party at home in the afternoon. They had a party already at the childminders and she has given them pumpkins. Just need to carve them (although I've never done it before - it will probably be more like a massacre.)

Thanks for your thoughts about my EDD this week, have been ok, actually fine on the day, but today and yesterday felt a bit low. DH had a bit of time off work so that has helped and Ds has been great at helping to take my mind off things. Had extra cuddles with him.

Happy Halloween [hgrin]

We have had the grand total of 2 trick or treaters. I think that is one more than last year. DCs were not particularly interested in my attempts at pumpkin carving and more interested on watching cbeebies on the iplayer [hhmm] I have eaten too much chocolate and feel like a whale. Zoo was very nice yesterday but you were right QA it did finish me off.

QA I'm also hoping for Wagner to go tonight, but I probably won't see the results tonight so please don't post the result. Glad your EDD went ok and it was nice to have DH around for it. Onwards and upwards....

Waves to everyone else, hope you are all ok and have had a good weekend. Am weebling slightly due to lack of symptoms today but did another test yesterday and line came up before the test line so still keeping hopeful.

louey hang in there girl, a positive is a positive so remain positive! I had zero symptoms and bleeding about 7 weeks and still went out to produce my little monster madam. Forgive if you have already said but are you having an early scan?

I have more to write but Dolly treated me to a lie in this morning 6.50am although she did wake with the bloody mosque x-factor guy trying he version of the call to prayer (i swear i heard a bit of westlife thrown in there ) so we took her to our bed and managed to convince her to have another hour and a half...but now we are rushing to buggy fit. The diet starts once i have polished off the halloween sweets today!

Ok penny walking is; when you go out for a walk and get to a junction you flip a coin to see which way to go next, so heads can be left and tails right. Cjay kept throwing tails hence us walking in a lot of circle . It helps him to learn his lefts and rights in a sneaky way

Barbie way to go Dolly!!! You sound so much more upbeat today. Have fun at buggyfit and you will be sipping mojitos with DH before very long I promise you. I have a GP antenatal appt on Thursday and I will be begging asking him to refer me to EPU for an early scan. I think he will so it will just be a case of waiting for the appt to come through. Time is going sooooooooo slowly at the moment.....

Off to see a school this afternoon for Isaac. Not sure its the right one as it is a special school and we would rather not go down that route but we are keeping all our options open at the moment. Should be going to see our preferred school on Friday (although they are full so I'm not sure what is going to happen with that).

mermaid - hell I've danced to the Quo at weddings, probably air guitared and everything . I am one of those 'takes songs literally' when I dance (i.e. ain't no mountain high enough - I am pointing to the ceiling etc. etc. I'm SO with you on wedding footwear these days - prozzie shoes no less . I struggled to find a modest wee sling back 3 inch heel court for our one last week but NEXT came up with the goods .

QA - LOL at you needing a tip out chair . I need a crane some days if I've been crouching on the carpet too long with the boys. Have to physically uncurl my limbs and get up in stages with the aid of the couch
