Acupuncture and ttc

Well, I am throwing all my cynicism out the window today!

Anyone tried this? Have just had a friend of friend swearing it worked for her, but have never had it myself and do realise that I am at the point of believing any old crock of shite nonsense [hblush]

I've started acupuncture a few weeks ago.

Although we've been ttc for 8 months now, without success, I really wanted to get some help with coping with the stress of all the waiting / failing - I'm finding it VERY hard to deal with.
And on that front, it HAS helped - the first session left me feeling like I'd been drugged! And it's helped me to put things into perspective a bit.
BUT - I'm not sure about the whole fertility thing. I've heard lots of people say it worked straight away for them, but I think to be honest that just added to my pressure at first (when I didn't fall preggers after my first sess, I thought that was another thing that had failed!!)

I'd say, if you want to do it to help deal with the stress / pressure - do it.

Otherwise, hmmmmm.....

I've been going for a few weeks. It has sorted out my IBS and lengthened my 23 - 24 day cycle to 28 days
