Early early symptoms???

We have just started ttc DC3. I generally have long cycles that are 42-56 days.

I'm now on CD20 and have been having stomach cramps and sore breasts for a few days now. I don't remember having pg symptoms this early before, but it is way too early for AF symptoms unless my body is doing something freaky.

Is it possible this is early pg symptoms? And when is the earliest I'm likely to get a clear result on an hpt. Should point out that I have enver tested really early before, probably not before 6 weeks.

Apologies too as I realise this has probably be done a million times before.

could you be ovulating maybe?

If your cycles are irregular (a "normal" cycle is a cycle length of between 21 and 35 days or with less than 4 days of variation from month to month) then it is likely you are not ovulating regularly if at all.

How old are you; fertility generally does decline with age. If you are over 35 I would be looking to have blood tests done asap to see what your hormone levels are like.

I would not unfortunately think these are pg related symptoms. Any persistant changes to the menstrual cycle as well should be mentioned to the GP.

I'm 33, but got pg quite easily last year, ended in a mc. But we haven't ried again until now.

As for my long cycle I have been pg 4 times and my cycles have always been like this.

Hi Eglu, how do you find out when you ovulate then? Or do you not bother with all that?

Eglu · 18/10/2010 20:41

I don't bother with all of that fedupttcnosuccess It did take a year to get pg with DS2 dues to me having a loop excision on my cervix right when we wanted to start trying. I got really stressed and I think it stopped me conceiving for a while.

So I don't want to gat into charting etc. as I feel it will make me go a bit crazy.

Well, to my huge surprise I just got a big fat BFP! Grin I really thought it was going to be a case of early AF. AM thrilled, and tryin to think of the best time to announce so as not to steal DB and SIL thunder, as their wedding is in 7 weeks.

Woo hoo Grin
