Have been reading about "Maca" as a fertility vitamin...has anybody used it?? sounds good! and willing to give anything a shotSmile

I was going to give it a go, but the more I read about it the less convinced I was about it. There wasn't really any medical evidence that it helps with fertility.

However, that's me. If you want to give it a go you're probably best going to a qualified herbalist to be sure you're getting the correct dosage etc. Good luck Grin
