Can wise mumsnetters please link me to something that will tell me about effects of smoking on conception?

Its cheeky of me to ask, i know, but i'm trawling through stuff, and feel my head is going to burst now. Can someone please just lead me by the hand and tell me where to look? pretty please?
i need to know about the effects of things like blood pressure and weight and smoking, and alcohol on conception. not pregnancy.
