AF due 13/10. My boobs are bigger and heavier (I'm sure they are!), but not sore or hard at all. I have put on weight recently, probably that isn't it? I am also suffering with insomnia but I do get that as a pre-AF - has anyone had that as an early preg symptom? arrghh!
Also, does anyone know the answer to this: How likely are a young, healthy, fertile couple to conceive, if they have had sex alternate nights throughout the cycle? I have been wondering, no idea if it is 90% or 10% or what. Maybe no one knows, sorry if its a stupid question Hmm

Hi there.

this is from parenttime:

Researchers found that couples who had sex every day had a 25% chance of conceiving, while couples who had sex every other day had a 22% chance.

Once-a-week sex drops the chances of conceiving to 10%. So, if you want to get pregnant in the most time-efficient manner, sex-every-other-day will help you get the job done while leaving you time to clean the refrigerator. On the other hand, if you have plenty of time and energy, you can raise your chances of conceiving by 3% if you want to make a nightly date with your partner. Once you?re pregnant, you can claim nausea and let him clean the fridge.

Hey, thanks GetDown. Really interesting. Not sure 3% is worth it, it just about scrapes above the line of being a chore on alternate nights!! I had always wondered why, if everything was right, people didn't just fall pregnant straight away.
