Being quite a literal person I find the description egg white mucus to be confusing.
Am I looking for it to be clear like egg white? Or is it just the consistency of this? Is it actually meant to be white your looking for? Cos I get that, but not very often do I ever see clear with that consistency! :)

It's clear. Like raw egg white. It's stretchy. Stretches for inches without breaking. Appears in abundance usually.

Just a little concerned because I haven't noticed that I get that really. I notice the white stuff just after my AF finishes for a day or two and then I'm not really noticing this EW stuff! Used OPK test this month and I did get a positive result with one. But if the EW is linked to ovulation then perhaps I'm not actually ovulating?

I don't think everyone gets the EWCM. There are several different sypmtoms of ovulation, but not everyone gets them all. So as long as you got a positive result on an OPK you should be ov'ing.
