What Are The Chances Of Being Pregnant??

Hi All!

I am getting confused with Ovulation and Conception dates so I have come on here!

I had the implant removed in August after 3 years and me and my BF are using condoms for now until we plan to start trying in Jan

We've had a couple of occassions where we got carried away and had to have the MAP!

Last week on the 28th we had Unprotected Sex and i never took the MAP as had a busy and eventful week with a lot on and it completely slipped my mind

My last period was the 14th Sept and ive read that 14 days after that is when i would be most fertile - which happens to be the 28th Sept the night we got carried away !!!

Although i know its only been 7days since then and probs way to early to know anything but what are the chances??

it varies on the length of your cycle too. If your 1st day of your last period was 14th sept and you have a 28 day cycle your most fertile 24th - 30th sept. If your cycle is shorter chances are the 28th would be after your most fertile

Impossible to know without knowing when you ovulate what the chances really are.

But if you had unprotected sex then yes you could be pregnant. You can probably test in another 7 days and get a pretty accurate result either way.

Getting carried away is roughly the same as ttc.

Not 100% on my cycle as its been all over the place when i had the implant in and dont think they are fully settled yet!

A few days before the 28th there was a little bit of discharge, which was sticky () but At the time of Unprotected sex it was really stretchy(sorry TMI ) and looked a bit like egg whites, it had changed it consistency too!

Does anybody monitor through discharge??

I guess i will just have to wait till AF comes (or doesnt!) x

egg white is fertile CM. TBH there is no point in worrying about it until you know one way or the other. You cant change it either way until then. Soonest you are going to get any sort of line on a test would be around 10 days after unprotected sex. But you wont know negative for definate until your period arrives, as it can be anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks after doing the deed before you get a positive.

I wouldnt worry overly though, it can be harder than you think to get knocked up. only 25% of couples having unprotected sex in the womans fertile period actually end up pregnant.
