Advice please!

I don't normally have any type of cramping before my period but on about day 23/24 of my cycle I had the worst stabbing pains that nearly knocked me off my feet! Could this mean i'm pregnant? I haven't been on birth control for years, so it's not a change in meds or anything.

Hi, I have been having the same pains at cd 22 ish..... no idea what the pains are, have you got anymore symptoms? x

Yeah, boobs are enlarged and tender around the sides, tho can get that when my period is due. Also feel nauseous but don't know if that's throught worrying!x
