Advice please:bleeding on 18th day of cycle.Is this length of cycle possible to conceive on?

Hi, for approx last month we have been ttc. I dont know a lot of the technical info but have had sex without contraception sinc having last period.
Only the past 4/5months have been gettig periods since coming off injection.
Day 18 of menstrual cycle today and started bleeding after two days of cramps,back pain. Its only light and is bright red. Does this mean anything?Is there any chance of conceiving on a 18 day mentrual cycle?
I know they are still sorting themselves out and that my periods wont naturally go back to normal but I just worry there is no chance of me conceiving on such a short cycle. Feeling quite miserable.

Right there with you sister! See my Sunday post re freak out mid cycle bleed! Some advice on there but reckon we might just be getting out of our system what we have been putting in there all these year! I stopped bleeding yesterday but also wondering what it meant and if a hormone imbalance should I be worried! I think it is quite common so stay positive and private message me. Sippourting each other would be good x
