Hi..

Just wondered if anyone has positive stories about TTC and alternative therapies. I have been TTC for 7 months now and no luck and thought I'd try to help things along a bit!

Any ideas??

Hi, I went to a doc who specialises in both western and eastern medicine. I also had reflexology and was pregnant within the month. I think this was also down to feeling more positive and relaxed as I felt I was actually doing something rather than waiting and stressing. I would def recommend it. Obviously some ppl are against it, like everything in life but it worked for me and I didnt have any of the side effects I had whilst having fertilit treatment. I was a monster :( HTH

Thanks for replying all thatjazz. I had heard reflexology can help so I think I may try that! Did you have it at a particular time in your cycle?

Hey there - I'm having reflexolgy at the moment. Going once every 3 weeks. As yet I'm not pg. I have PCOS and hoped it would help rebalance the hormones a bit. Sadly my cycles are as crazy as ever. Although it is wonderfully relaxing, I don't actually think it is doing anything for my fertility.

On MN people seem to be raving about acupuncture...?

tbh moog I cant remember I have crazy cycles. If you are regular then I think you probably do have it at certain times. Accupuncture might worth a go too. I would see a doc who specialises in alternatives therapies and see what they reccomend for you :) good luck
